What to Expect (what the heck am I getting myself into...)
Q. I haven’t exercised in a long time, am I going to be too unfit to participate?
A. Don't worry about being a beginner, most people who start these classes are as well! The beauty of these classes is you only have to go as hard as you are able - no one will push you harder than what you are ready for. We aren’t too serious about it either, we get you to have as much fun as possible so you forget you're even exercising!
Q. Do I actually hit anyone?
A. No. Fitness boxing is completely non-contact. You will only be hitting punching bags and focus mitts.
Q. What are the costs associated with the boxing classes? Are there membership fees?
A. First off, we do not charge any set up or admin fees. There are absolutely no hidden costs. You only pay for the training you do! Our membership option is just $22/wk. We also offer a 12 pack of classes for around $20 per session. Give us a call to find out more.
Q. How many people are in each class?
A. We allow a maximum of 12 people per class. This gives you guaranteed one on one time with the instructor which many clients consider their favourite part of the class. It also makes you feel like a part of the class, not just another number.
Q. What other services do you offer?
A. Besides boxing classes, we also offer 1 on 1 boxing, 2 on 1 boxing, and personal training with weights and cardio equipment. Many of our clients do both classes and personal training every week. So besides boxing equipment, we also have treadmills, bikes, machines, and free weights equipment. Your trainer will sit down with you to help you work out a plan of attack to reach your specific goals. They will work around your schedule at a day and time that’s convenient for you.
